Cluttons Resorts specialises in the sales and marketing of international lifestyle resorts to the UK market. We have a holistic approach to development sales because there are many activities linked to the process. Our involvement can start at any time during the development lifetime and the earlier we start work the better.
In the early stages, we carry out feasibility studies to identify the ideal profile of buyer for the end -product. We also assist with development appraisals and land valuations.
At the design concept stage, we provide advice on the most suitable design and unit mix for the targeted buyer.
Prior to the start of sales, we work with the project team to agree on which key messages are to be used in marketing material. We then coordinate with various specialist creative teams to produce bespoke advertising concepts and suitable brochures, website content and promotional items.
For the sales campaign we will agree which properties to release to the market along with a pricing strategy designed to maximise revenues. We will also create and agree a comprehensive programme of PR activity, advertising and web marketing. Our approach is always to coordinate our work with the project team and agents, advertising and PR services in other markets to ensure all messages are consistent.
We also undertake launch events and presentations to attract suitable purchasers. We hold a significant database to which we match the properties on offer and send out invitations for events. We also involve a number of associates who work for affluent clients providing them with advice on property investment.
Our involvement in the sales process is long term. Resort sales can take several years to complete and during that time, market conditions may change and demand could be affected. Whether the market improves or deteriorate, we will review results and provide market feedback on a regular basis. We constantly analyse prices and trends so that we can make important changes to marketing efforts in order to ensure valuable resources are used efficiently at all time.
We will provide sales and marketing reports on a regular basis where we will describe in detail what initiatives have taken place and what results were achieved.
